Big Ben Wishes He Hadn’t Called Out Antonio Brown

Ben Roethlisberger has some regrets about the way things went down with Antonio Brown last season.

In an interview with Michele Tafoya on Sunday Night Football, Big Ben says he shouldn’t have called out AB during a radio interview last November in which he blamed the wide receiver for a late-game interception. Roethlisberger says that moment “ruined a friendship” and “I wish I wouldn’t have done it”. He says he “got caught up in the emotion and heat of battle”.

Brown ended up sitting out the Steelers’ final game of the season and was traded to the Raiders in the offseason.
