Dak Prescott Turns Down $30M a Year; Wants $40M
What’s cooler than being offered $30 million a year? Being in a position where you can afford to turn it down.
That’s exactly what Dak Prescott has done in rejecting a contract extension proposed by the Dallas Cowboys. Still officially a rookie player, Prescott is reportedly holding out for at least $10 million more per year to remain in a Cowboys uniform.
Prescott’s attempted money grab comes as Ezekiel Elliott continues to hold out for a substantial raise and Amari Cooper reaches the end of his contract.
