Should College Agents Have A Degree?

LeBron James and others have slammed the NCAA for a new rule requiring that all agents who rep those hoping for the NBA have a bachelors degree. The new rule, announced this week, already has a nickname as the “Rich Paul rule”, referring to NBA super-agent and close friend of LeBron James, Rich Paul.

LeBron went off on the NCAA for the new rule that would exclude his Paul, his own agent, from negotiating on the behalf of college athletes. LeBron posted on Twitter ” #TheRichPaul Rule Can’t Stop Won’t Stop! They big mad and scared! Nothing will stop this movement or culture over here. Sorry, not sorry!”
