Report: Elliott, Cowboys ‘Not Close’, Zeke Wants Record Deal
Ezekiel Elliott may be running uphill trying to secure a contract extension with the Cowboys.
According to reports, Elliott and the Cowboys are in discussions about a new deal but “not close” to getting it done.
Meanwhile, Elliott is reportedly seeking the biggest RB contract in NFL history, eclipsing the 4-year, $57.5 million deal signed by Todd Gurley last year.
Elliot is not the only Cowboys star seeking a new deal. The team is reportedly working on extensions for both QB Dak Prescott and WR Amari Cooper as well.
